30-Day Return/Exchange Policy (For New Products)
We understand that shoes can take some trial and error to get right for your needs & wants. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when buying through Forged & Tested, so we've implemented a 30-day return policy.

All returns will be subject to an $8 fee for the product's return label. This is due to the rising price of fuel and the cost of shipping labels increasing.

Exchanges are free.
- If you buy two sizes to see which fits better and you end up keeping one and need to return the second, your return label fee will be waived.

RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK IN A BAG OR BOX. Returns that are sent back with tape and a label around the box will be disqualified from a return.
- In layman's terms, do not send back just the Catalyst box with tape on it. It ruins the box and a future customer's experience. We send products in a padded polymailer; save that and reuse it. It's better for the environment and everyone's wallet.
- You can return items (where applicable) bought on Forged & Tested within 30-days for a refund if they're in an unused and brand new condition.
- You have 30-days to return an item based on the delivery date. For example, as long as you ship them out within the 30-day calendar timeline in which your product was delivered, you'll be eligible here.
- If a return label is made, and the item isn't in the mail within the 30-day delivery time frame, then said return label will be void. The product will then be ineligible for returns. This is to avoid products being held onto for longer than needed. We have limited inventory, so we ask for all returns to be made within a timely manner.
- Once an item is returned, please allow 4-7 days for a return to be processed. This accounts for product checking and verifying its condition. Also, we're still a small business, so timelines can vary slightly based on volume and shipping timelines.
- An email will be sent once the product is returned, checked, and a refund has been processed.
